Who else will stand up for our Constitution, our rights, our country, our laws like no other has in our lifetime? What about making this Plan A?

The Country Needs the Liberty Movement.
The Liberty Movement Needs Judge Andrew Napolitano.

Help Draft Judge Napolitano to Defend Liberty.

Ron Paul has been the inspiration and mentor of the Liberty Movement for many years, and he always will be. But now he has stepped aside as the Liberty Movement’s candidate for President of the United States, and he has singled out one person who is capable up picking up his mantel, Judge Andrew Napolitano. Judge Napolitano is the one person best suited to assume Dr. Paul's role as presidential contender in the Republican Party and to become the intellectual leader of the Liberty Movement.

Without a strong and principled leader at the helm, the Liberty Movement could founder, and worse, it could be hijacked by the Republican Party Establishment. Judge Napolitano is the perfect Liberty Candidate: He is a man of principle, a truth teller who will plug his ears to the siren song of the Republican Establishment that would lure him onto the shoals of partisan accommodation. The Liberty movement cannot afford to run its own libertarian version of Mitt Romney or the Georges Bush in the false hope of an early, Pyrrhic victory.

We are dedicating as long as it takes to Draft Judge Napolitano to run for president. The Liberty Movement needs The Judge as its new helmsman, and the country needs The Judge as its inspiration and its leader. Judge Napolitano would be a candidate, perhaps the only candidate from within the Liberty Movement whom everyone in the Movement could rally round enthusiastically and who really could win the presidency on principle in 2016. There is no other person in the country as respected and popular within the Liberty Movement as Andrew Napolitano, a former jurist, constitutional scholar, New York Times best-selling author and TV celebrity. Napolitano can reach outside the confines of the Movement to inspire and capture the hearts and minds of Americans from every corner of life. Napolitano will articularly carry forward the campaign for liberty with a revolutionary spirit as Ron Paul did.

Judge Napolitano initially may try to ignore the Liberty Movement’s call to run, and if he does, we must say, “Run Judge, run.” He may say “No,” and we must say, “Yes Judge, run.” He may resist again, and we must say, “Read our lips Judge, run; no other candidate will do.” -- Defend Liberty. Draft The Judge.

You say Liberty movement. I am ok with the word liberty. But if you by adding Ron Pauls name meant Libertarian movement ,forget it. They have far to many psychopaths all to willing to insult members alienating them to the point where libertarians will never be able to amass enough members to get a dog catcher elected. If they have a real leader they better investigate the type of language their bloggers use and fire those offending parties.

Practice what you preach CFN. I've just been slapped by you. I disagree with your assessment. When you talk about liberty it means foreign policy too and that is something the party loyalists don't seem to want to correlate.
Is the Constitution Libertarian or liberty?

CFN CBETA, pardon me but that goes both ways and how does a candidate control their supporters? In the early part of Ron Paul's campaign I was attacked brutally for even mentioning his name. In one case on Tea Party Nation, it's so called leader (Judson Phillips) went after Ron Paul's policy, I showed links to show where he was wrong, for that I was not only kicked out of the group but banned from the entire site.

Do we want to find solutions and good candidates to our problems or stay divided by issues which are not constitutional to start with?

2 years 1 week ago

At this point in time, division is the name of the game in this country. Until we get our ducks in a row, it will continue on the same path.

For the life of me I don't understand why we all can't agree to agree on our Constitution. Why is there such an argument?

2 years 1 week ago

I have no idea Sue. Maybe some people cant admit when they are wrong and must cling to false claims in order to sleep at night. Selling out your country must be a very difficult thing to deal with, especially when you did it to support a sure loser like Romney. Lets leave the Judases with their silver pieces and move on. I'm fed up.

Maybe we are dealing with something other than conservatives, the true sense of the word when it comes to politics and not all the other things is can go with or maybe they don't understand the difference between them. It is a sad day when people have so much hatred towards a man when his intentions are honorable and walk away from anyone who even mentions his name.

I think the problem is most people that don't like RP simply misunderstand him. When he speaks you can't just listen to bit's and pieces or everything gets taken out of context which is usually what I hear. Not only that but there is meaning that you need to reflect on when he talks in order to really understand what he is trying to express.

CFN is a crank... Notice how he defended Romney for months.
Does anyone in their right mind believe Ron Paul was as damaging to the Republican Brand as Romney?

2 years 1 week ago

The republican party has only itself to blame. Ron Paul tried to pull them out of the muck and away from total disaster, but they were so blinded by power, they refused to listen. No one to blame but themselves.

@john Watson. I agree with almost every thing you have stated. I want to point out one point we seem to disagree on. One of you posts seem to indicate that Conservative means constitutional. My experience seems to indicate that those who call then selves conservatives , are not Constitutionalists. Just my observation as a Constitutionalist.

David, I agree, you said it clearly with "that those who call then selves conservatives , are not Constitutionalists" which is the problem, the word "conservatives" alone is usually an adjective but people like to use it as an noun which leaves people confused as to what they mean, if they even know.

Ha, the last 4 posts are like an All Star lineup :) I tried to figure out what to call us. Defenders of the Constitution comes to mind. Anything other than that invokes the word police. It's so difficult to communicate in writing anyway and then to choose just the right words to convey our thoughts adds to it. It occurred to me to call defenders of the Constitution patriots, but Sean Hannity has done a real number on that word too. I am NOT a Sean Hannity patriot!

To myself, a moral legislator is one who follows the oath he swore too. If said legislator can not follow the Constitution they lack morals, no matter what religious belief or lack there of they hold. If a legislator, well all officials feel that their beliefs will not allow them to follow the Constitution they should not hold office and if they do hold office they should be prepared to be removed according to the Constitution, they should then honorable take the punishment.
