Everyone's Plan B

How can we change things?

January 29, 2013

Everyone here wants the same thing. To change whats going on in DC and take back our country before it's too late. If we continue to bicker amongst ourselves for the next 4 years, I'm afraid someone like Hillary Clinton will come along and ride the wave of Liberalism that is running rampant in this country today. If that happens, our children will never know the freedom that we grew up with and have come to take for granted. WE NEED TO UNITE. There are Conservatives, Libertarians, RINO's and even Liberals on this site.We all have our views. We need to start talking about some common ground. If we use this site to unite then we can use facebook to get our fix on our obsession to argue.

See the Insurrecion Act that Bush got passed in 2007 for what will happen. Considering the difference in kill ratio between small arms and cluster bombs I expect the revolt would be over rather swiftly.

Here something on how the military is planning to handle a Tea Party revolt

Although this makes for provocative discussion, Forbes magazine would be my last choice for information.
Try not to be such an antagonist Carter.

First step to change, bring the Afghan troops home now, saves on lives and supplies. Second step, stop giving food and weapons aid to nations that take our the arms and use them against us or our allies.
Introducing industrial hemp as a new industry. This can help make US independent and preserve our woodlands, and revitalize the paper industry as more offices go paperless to go green, hemp paper will come at much less cost to the environment.

Not a bad list Chris. The thing is that manufacturing can't be brought back and won't come back until government changes. Government is responsible for manufacturing leaving. That's part of the Agenda 21, NWO plan. It is connected to cap and trade.
3rd world countries need the easy jobs. They need to be able to pollute now. It's how we build ourselves up and now it's their turn.

Dan,

Don't like Forbes then click the link in the story to the Major in the war college who wrote the paper. I assume the US Army is a good source of information.

The problem is that the "hold a revolt with a shotgun" crowd makes us look like wackos. Tea Party Nation has banned such discussion to create a better public image.

1 year 6 months ago

Defend yourself during a revolt with a shotgun makes good sense though. Crazy insane how the ATF enters the homes of innocent people and shoots their dogs. What would happen if the homeowner took a shot at one of those agents?
Therein lies the gun problem. Take them away from government and we'll talk. Until then, let the craziest shooter win I guess.

Carter, I don't think the Army is also the best source...I used to have respect for Colin Powell. Look where he went as a "respected" soldier.

History repeats itself. The abolitionists were viewed as radical wackos until 22 armed citizens took over an armory and gained access to over 10,000 guns. This is where and how the first shots were taken. Imagine if militias stood by protesters with their guns or fired upon officers who decided to attempt these illegal searches or blatant right violations. In fact, as crazy as this is, Tupac Shakur stood on his rights, shot two cops and got away with it. Ponder that.

Dan,
So the Army war college is not a good source on what the US ARMY plans to do in case of a Tea Party revolt. Hmmm... who do you think knows more about the US Army than the US Army....should we ask the Navy of Bolivia?... might they know what the US is doing?

Dan, I see your point. I truly am pondering the situation from all angles. I have been hearing a thing or two about Anonymous lately too. Not the post person Anonymous American, the hackers known as Anonymous.
Theirs is a very interesting premise too. They can take down the government without a gun. They can fire a shot that will be heard around the world though.

Anon,

And John Brown got hanged.

If you want to hold a revolt have fun. You'll probably get some to turn out.
The last revolt with the Militia Movement of the 1990 actually did kill 168 government employees. They killed the bomber and nothing happened.
I advise against holding a revolt during football season because nobody will fight on game days.

1 year 6 months ago

Sue,
Small arms are useless against tanks, bombers, gunships and drones.
For a revolt you'd get a few thousand people to show up and after about 300 are killed it would be over. Can you see a bunch of old hunters in pickup trucks attacking a column of tanks? I would make a great comedy. They could use a giant slingshot to pelt them with full cans of beer...but only Bud Lite

On the other hand what's so wrong with a NWO and a police state?

1 year 6 months ago

Could let the government run everything. Not everyone hated living in the worldthat. Orwell wrote about

But wouldn't you say John Brown being hung was worth what came after it

I would like to weigh in on bringing manufacturing back to America. We CAN do this and in a better way than before. We can blend ideas from capitalism and socialism to come up with industry that benefit’s everyone involved while protecting our environment. We the People could develop co-ops to harvest natural resources responsibly and produce goods from them that generate revenue for local communities.

They are OK, It’s the grey aliens from outer space that really worries me. They keep landing transport ships on Hwy 5 near Muncie, IN to offload these huge laser cannons. The government lets them because they want the technology which they get in exchange for letting them probe over 10,000 citizens every day.

Maybe what we should be asking is, if the US does sink into another shit hole and things collapse, would the military blindly follow orders from the WH and start killing civilians conducting peaceful protests?
The WH is scared of an armed citizenry and if we took up arms in defiance but remained peaceful, would Obummer just give the order to start shooting? And will the military disobey a direct order from the prez?
I would hope so.

Dan,
There is no legal basis to shoot peaceful protesters. The Tea Party protested a lot in 2009. We haven't shot any protesters since Kent State in 1969 and the soldiers who did that failed to follow orders when they shot the 4 students.

You can protest all you want in VA and open carry states, nobody will care. In none open carry states you'll get arrested.

Trust: the problem is there are too many nutcase wackos running around with guns these days killing people.

Come on Carter, you seem to have an answer for everyone's ideas. What's yours'? How are YOU going to save our country?
All I've heard so far is how you try to shoot down anyones idea with quips. Let us all in on your solution to "our" dilemma.
I'm all fucking ears.

1 year 6 months ago

Carter, many of those shootings have been false flag events that work so really well because there are plenty of sarcastic government loyalists ready and willing to ridicule those who dare not to fall for everything and insistent on asking questions.
You are a very well behaved and easily trained government shill. They are proud of you. There will be a piece of free cheese in your rice bowl today I'm sure.

1 year 6 months ago

My appologies to all. My mind went away for a time, but I'm all better now.
Especially to Carter. I get a little wound up sometimes. I just want to hear solutions. We have to get mobilized and start finding a candidate real quick like or the battle is over before we get started.

Gee, has everyone gone to bed?
Or did I say something to offend? If so, oh well. Never been know to pull a punch or beat a dead horse. At times, I am inclined to speak first, even if it ruffles a feather or two.
Someone once said I was a bit course around the edges.

You are an OK guy, dont' worry about it.

Like I said, motivate everyone and get on the same page. If we keep pissing in every direction, we all get wet. The hardest thing will be to have everyone say yes to a few things that matter, instead of hoping a handful agreeing to everything, and nothing gets accomplished for the good of all.
Then, whatever poor bastard gets the nod from us, and makes it to the big chair, we hold fire to their feet until we're satisfied of the performance.

Mark K, I was reading your post to Linda about education and the founders. Something you might find interesting is something Frederic Bastiat wrote in 1849 call The Law, granted he was a Frenchman but his ides of freedom, education, socialism, labor, religion and government were pretty good. http://connect.freedomworks.org/node/343...

I know of a checkout clerk at the local grocery store who tried to do the right thing and turn in food stamp fraud, purchasing three times in one day when three different people were with the recipient. Things like, over the day, six gallons of milk and other things which one family would never buy in one day. She had receipts, the persons name and all they said was we need to see if for our self and nothing came of it.

I think it's interesting to watch what DC is doing, but they are so disengaged from the American people I think we need to disengage from them. An example of DC’s complete disconnect from reality is the passage of Hurricane Sandy Relief Bill. At a time when the Country is broke a $59 Billion bill is passed which contains $33 Billion in pork. I believe it is time to work with local & state government, and local organizations.

You change things doing something different.
I suggest stop voting along party lines and make your representative earn your individual vote.

1 year 6 months ago (Edited)

Great point BR. That's exactly why we don't need term limits on Congress either. We are they term limit enforcers via our vote for or against.

1 year 6 months ago

Sounds good, but I hear it over and over again, "Oh DC is messed up, but it's not my senator, it's not my congressman". There is a lot of lazy uninformed voting going on. The progressives are releasing media blitzes on the social media sites and the progressive goobers out there believe it all!! Much of it is vicious, hateful, outright LIES!! Now don't misunderstand, I don't think we need term limits. I just want the voters to WAKE UP!!!
