Mitt Romney is MUCH MUCH BETTER then the alternative. We need to stand behind him whether or not we agree with all that he stands for. it is our duty to make sure that he gets elected not to confuse people and drive them into the Obama camp. IF OBAMA WINS A SECOND TERM WE WILL NOT HAVE AN AMERICA THAT WE RECOGNIZE AT ALL FOR LONG. WITH NO NEED TO HIDE WHO HE REALLY IS ANYMORE HE CAN WORK ON DESTROYING EVERYTHING WE STAND FOR. SO, suck it up and live with what you don't like FOR THE GOOD OF THE COUNTRY!!!!!

"Protest Against Mitt Romney -- Concord NH" ??? What is this all about? What exactly is it about Mitt Romney that you want to protest? Where are the principles that the Tea Party upholds that Romney has violated? Can someone please articulate this? Is there a website that has your complaints spelled out? We might as well protest a bag of sand if this has no principle behind it. I for one, will spend my time working to promote good Republican candidates against Liberal progressives like Obama, rather that attack one of the Good Guys, what possible good could this "Protest" serve? I wonder whose side you are truly on? After you answer these questions, I will know your real intentions, until then quit wasting my time.

Greetings to all. I did in fact attend this event, though I did so with a great deal of hesitation and skepticism. As I stated in an earlier post, prior to the event, I don't believe that "protesting" is generally a positive expenditure of time and energy. However, there are some things that are worth standing up for. This gathering was not at all what I had envisioned it to be before arriving in Concord, NH. The "protest" was conducted prior to Romneys arrival, it was the most respectful and tasteful display of opposition I have ever seen. We gathered, talked with one another, and stood shoulder to shoulder... silently, as each of the three speakers gave a short adress to those who were interested in hearing what we had to say and why. There was no shouting or chanting or slander or vulgarity. The message was conveyed in a calm, concerned, conversational tone and each of the issues adressed were based in fact... on Romneys own records... his own words. This man may indeed be a good person, but he is unquestionably in opposition to what I believe this country needs... what the Tea Party has and is working so hard for. This was a worthwhile endeavor, to stand agianst a politician who clearly does not back, support, and truly believe in the principles and values of true conservatives... Tea Partiers. At this point, I only wish that more of you were able to attend... or at least see the value of truly making a stand for what I know most of us do believe in... less government controll and influence in our lives, more fiscal responsibility within the government (as defined and prescribed by The Constituion), and more more individual liberty and freedom. Since it was not a choice to say NO i will not attend, I am saying right here that while Mitt Romney is not my choice I will not spread negative comments about any candidate that strives to give us the Hope and Change (Ride of Obama) that conservatives believe.

I will work for my Candidate, but speaking if of anyone is just the same rhetoric that Progressives and Liberals use.

Republic - American = Republican = All U.S. Constitution Supporters

Though I truly do not like Romney because I saw first hand what he did to Mass and I feel he is risk (a rhino), it's not appropriate to protest him yet. The fascist media will have a field day with something like this and hurt us all and bad. We can't show divisions this early in the game or the idea will die.
The GOP is a special interest group that stole the title Republican and is simply worthless that's why I am Tea Party. We need people running that are not tied to any group and any special interests to bring our Constitution back to bear. We need a Constitutionalist not a party member. Mitt is definitely special interests, his interests. No protests, focus on the prize first.

I'm coming to this gathering not to protest or support, but to see for myself what actions will be taken and what words will be spoken by all parties involved. I don't personally feel that a blatant "protest" is the wisest action for the Tea Party. However, I do believe that we need to stand up for what is right and just and good in all aspects of life which we are able to have a positive influence on. During my attendance I will be watching both sides of this event closely and further forming my opinions in preparation for the 2012 election. I respect you all and completely back the idea that if the Tea Party is ever going to be a reputable, credible force in the political field... WE NEED TO STAND TOGETHER, UNITED ON ONE CONSTITUTIONALLY CONSERVATIVE FRONT. God bless you all.
