FEDERAL RELATED:
Ron Paul has my vote, and one of the few individuals I would trust with the financial affairs of this sovereign nation.

◊ Going into Nov 2012, the single most important question you can ask those seeking your vote is, "are you willing to repeal "Obama Care?"
◊ All Americans need to stand vigil against any and all Congress-led / UN imposed gun control measures (1st battle won - defeated). Preserving our 2nd Amend Right is paramount!

◊ With a Jan. 2013 Conservative led house, senate and Presidency, for crimes committed against American citizens, I expect the initiation of the impeachment trial of Barack Obama! I'll leave it as an option for him to be marched out of the White House in hand-cuffs.
◊ In Jan. 2013 I expect the arrest and trial of Attorney General Eric Holder!

I expect the repeal of the following laws:
◊ Obama Care; and
◊ the Patriot Act

◊ I expect a balanced budget amendment and passage of new federal legislation that requires any and all newly drafted legislation to cite the Constitutional authority of each measure prior to voting/ passage of the respective bill.
◊ I expect the passage of the “No Budget No Pay Act,” including withholding pay of our U.S. Legislator until a balanced budget is enacted! Language w/ "teeth" should be included that allow states to enforce these measures.
◊ I expect the adoption of a simplified and a fair single rate tax system and eliminating the internal revenue code as outlined in The Contract From America.

◊ As a start I want an audit of the Federal Reserve, with reformation and rehabilitation (R&R) remaining in play for as long as it remains alive. If any criminal activity is found, upon evidence being presented, Ben Bernanke shall stand trial. The printed dollar starts and stops with him.
◊ By Nov 7, 2012 I expect the resignation of Timothy Geithner, current Sec. of the Treasury.

◊ I expect R&R and elimination of all federal entitlement / submerged entitlement programs. Political bias against military service people using or planning to use these programs (eg., GI Bill and others) will not be tolerated. This particular point, like most presented here, should ultimately be determined at the state level.

◊ I expect the elimination of ALL subsidy programs initiated by the federal government.
◊ With the elimination of a majority of federal entitlement programs, subsidy programs and major federal agencies (see below), government contracting shall be returned to the state-level. A new model for government contracting between the states and the private sector shall be established. This change is expected to force USACE to dramatically alter its current mission and purpose. With money comes power, and as a result of the number of crimes that have been committed as a result of the political infighting and level of cronyism within the contracting community, a drastic change needs to occur within USACE and how military facilities in general are constructed and maintained shall be designed. The military is funded by the American taxpayer!

◊ I expect the elimination of the SBA and the dissolution of minority status programs. We’re all Americans and free market competition shall rule in state gov’t contracting.

◊ English as the primary language shall be established.

◊ The supreme court and many federally appointed judges have failed the American people and corrupted American constitutional law by their inability to disallow political party affiliations (political influence) to corrupt their judicial interpretations. I expect R&R of the federal judiciary and I call for a Constitutional convention that would repeal, and strike from our Constitution, the U.S. supreme court altogether.

I expect the following Cabinet level Departments eliminated:
◊ Department of Education
◊ Department of Energy
◊ U.S. EPA
◊ Department of Health and Human Services
◊ Department of Homeland Security

◊ I expect a major reduction in the size and mission {R&R} of the Department of Justice (DoJ). It's been corrupted by past Exec Branches, and in particular the Obama Admin.
◊ I expect the elimination of the TSA, and reformed airline security sought from within the private sector.
◊ I expect privatization of the F.F.A.
◊ All federal employees shall be removed from unions and their union status shall be dissolved.

◊ If the House and [Senate] sic are unwilling to uphold their oath's of office and protect the American people from tyranny, then I expect the act of Nullification by the states, as presented in the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions of 1798 and 1799 (written by T. Jefferson and J. Madison; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kentucky_an...)

◊ I expect the Oath Keeper's promise to be given as a swearing-in of all current and future military personnel (including commissioned officers), reserves, National Guard, veterans, Peace Officers (including local law enforcement and county Sherriff's), and Fire Fighters, to disobey un-constitutional orders (as presented by the FreedomWorks Group IC3PO):
1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.
2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people.
3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal.
4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.
6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control."
9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.
10. We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

◊The federal gov't in its entirety shall cease and desist from using "performance enhancing drugs" against its citizenry, or against any unwilling citizen not willing to participate in its political endeavors.

With the completion of each and every measure identified above, Americans will have removed many of the obstacles that have inhibited its citizens from living in Freedom, AND this sets the stage for a part-time federal legislature.

STATE OF MI RELATED:
For crimes against its citizens, treason against the state, and violating U.S. Bill of Rights, I expect House Republicans and Democrats to initiate the impeachment trial of Gov. Rick Snyder. As has been carried out by the POTUS, and likewise with this Governor, for using state agencies (MI Dept of Ed, MDOT, FAA, etc...) to harass and intimidate MI citizens and other treasonous actions. Any and all House legislators involved w/ the Gov. shall be removed from office and upon evidence presented, tried on criminal charges. This is not a fucking game - your days are numbered! I would expect the state political parties to conduct talent searches for honorable candidates for a special election.

I expect local municipalities to be severely penalized, especially law enforcement, for complying with un-Constitutional requests or demands made by federal and/or state officials. They may be offered measured leniency for offering testimony toward the impeachment of the POTUS AND Gov. Snyder.

MI needs more transparency to its firearms policy by acknowledging the 2nd Amendment Right to Keep and Bear Arms as a God-given right. The state shall issue a statement to the citizenry supporting the option of an open carry firearm policy. The state shall repeal any and all prohibitions related to carrying sidearms.

STATE OF KY RELATED:
As with the state of MI, Gov Steve Beshear shall be impeached by the KY House for the same or similar crimes against the people of the state of KY.

I expect a major reduction in the state DoJ office, to the extend it should be a mere shadow of its former self It's been corrupted by D.C. and the Exec Branch.

I expect local municipalities (Jefferson County, Spencer County and the City of Taylorsville) to be severely penalized, especially law enforcement, for complying with un-Constitutional requests or demands made by federal and/or state officials. One example is the Spencer County Sherriff, local law enforcement and county citizens condoned and supported the use of privately held airplanes and military helicopters to attack my property and my home at extremely low altitude (at times less than 100 feet above my rooftop). When I complained to the county Sherriff he said I could call the F.A.A. to investigate. He and local law enforcement could not and would not investigate. They may be offered measured leniency for offering testimony toward the impeachment of the POTUS AND Gov. Beshear.
