It's been a thing since Ronald Reagan, the patron saint of the RINO movement. Government-enforcement of personal-responsibility, he called it - one of the most blatant oxymorons to have ever come out of a politician's mouth. I guess it's progress that people who still support evil are at least noticing it. Why they continue to support it once they have recognized it is the new question.

If everyone who feel's like they "have" to vote for Romney Voted for Gary Johnson instead, this contest would be over. Gary is gaining more Democrats (Including a former Democratic Press Secretary) every day. If you and others like you would vote your principles (i.e. Less Government, More Freedom, NO Obamacare) we can and will march our 40+% majority in a 3 way race right into the White House.

I'm sure it's a fact at this point that the majority of voters are not for the Ds or the Rs. The lesser of two evils scam has been going on so long; every cycle people more and more vote against someone rather than for someone, and are fed up with Rs and Ds both. On a percentage basis, there were surprisingly few hard-core loyalists to begin with and now it's down to a sniveling handful of people in the established Political Class. What's needed Elizabeth, is the Ron Paul spirit, tactics, and the army to take a candidacy through to November. You know Gary Johnson is not going to get any better treatment from the establishment media than Ron Paul has.

I know exactly how Obama got elected 100 yrs of left wing indoctrination and the dummying down of America and that's why Gary Johnson and Ron Paul won't be elected in our lifetime . The people are not there yet, it will take time to turn this ship around and convince people that they are better off with limited government. Let's be realistic, we live in nanny state.....

I'm always on the lookout for people who describe what's going on in terms of political ideology or theory. I agree with the original poster's sentiment, but Romney and Obama are the same because they're both in it just to steal stuff. Describing that as "progressive" or with any other term implying a political theory just doesn't make sense.

Actually the one step at a time concept is the natural, most effective way yo accomplish your goals, the all at once approach is great if it works, so I hope it does in this case. Gary Johnson doesn't have a prayer of being elected President. So what do you have? You vote for someone you believe in and feel good about yourself, but leave Obama in power in the process.

We may have a chance of better controlling Romney if we can elect conservatives to the house and senate. Of course these are all big ifs and maybes. This mess didn't happen overnight. It may very well be too late to do anything about it. When Bush Senior announced the New World Order publicly it was likely because they felt it was too far along at that point for anyone to stop it.

The thought of voting for Romney makes me sick. Almost as sick as having Obama in for a second term.

Unless we can shock the world with a real conservative candidate who can win at the convention, we have been placed in a box. Now we have to figure out how to retake our party and our country from the inside. It won't be easy or pretty. There is going to be a lot of suffering for a long time either way I'm afraid.

They are trying to scare us into supporting yet ANOTHER Marxist, so, let's scare them back by prosecuting them for their treasonous crimes against our Constitution (the law of the land) and the American people.
