Hey Joan,
I use cinnamon a lot, especially in cereal, hot or cold. In oatmeal it makes it taste almost like rice pudding, especially if I add raisins. Found out awhile ago it also has a lot of fiber, calcium. Sometimes I add a pinch of ginger.
Thats ditto for me to Jon, I love it in oatmeal. Something that taste so good and is good for you. Thanks Joan
Yeah Jon, it's great in oatmeal, and it does taste like pudding. Ginger is great too! Most think because it's spicy that it's a stomach irritant but it's just the opposite. I drink ginger tea every day. All good stuff.
I'm really trying to make it a point to be healthier this year. If I can pass along a few tips to keep everyone healthier, wealthier, and wiser, that's even better.
Speaking of health....has anyone read "The Cure is in the Cabinet" about oreganol? I take this daily and wouldn't be without it.
