The law of the land, is what the Founders wanted it to be. When the LP talks about entangling alliances that is because that is what the Founding Father talked about.

Where in the Constitution does it give authority for the Federal government to fight a war on drugs? When they outlawed alcohol they had to pass an amendment to do it.

Do you think Mitt Romney, George Bush, followed the Constitution more closely than a Garry Johnson?

Won't work with me, sorry. Before you start making false claims against anyone you don't agree with, do a few things first...like research.

First, I get my "info" from listening to LIBERTARIANS, like Ron Paul. And, reading the Libertarian Party platform.

Second, the only reason I am a Conservative is because I am a CHRISTIAN--God teaches, in His Word, that those who follow Him should seek Truth and live in Love for all.

(If you don't follow God's Creedos, that's between you and God. Period.)

May I suggest you read the Constitution Party's Platform (http://www.constitutionparty.net/party_p...) and compare it to the Libertarian Party platform, see which one comes closer to our Founding Father's principles.

According to the Libertarian Party's platform, libertarians believe no one has the right to dictate to them what is right or wrong. That seems a bit short-sighted, as God--being the Creator, and all--is the Ultimate Definer of Right and Wrong, and has been so for all time.

And, unfortunately, making the claim that you are the decider of what is right and wrong is an attempt to put yourself above God. That is no more than 'moral relativism' because you base your "morals" not on any absolute Truths, but on your own, personal compass.

And for all the "Republican basher" types here, I am NOT a Republican. I am an INDEPENDENT CHRISTIAN CONSERVATIVE. Yeah, I know it's a new term for you, but get used to it. I follow God, and do my best every day, in every way, to please Him, not myself. That requires a great deal of self-control and responsibility--because, if I don't control my own behavior (the one thing any of us CAN control), I couldn't possibly expect to be a 'good person,' much less a good citizen.

As for any issue before man, God has an opinion on it--it's all in the Bible. Check out God's Yellow Pages here (http://www.divinepeace.com/yellow/Gods_Y...), a topical index full of Bible verses that show God's opinion.

Please allow me to show you just one example, on the topic of intoxication (aka, drunkenness, remembering that drunkenness is a condition caused by behavior, not an illness).

So, as we can see on God's Yellow Pages, drunkenness is covered by Luke 21:34-36; Galations 5:19-21; and Ephesians 5:15-18, which are just a sampling. I'll post those Scriptures here, one by one.

Luke 21:34-36, (Jesus speaking) "Be careful, or your hearts will be weighed down with dissipation, drunkenness and the anxieties of life, and that day will close on you unexpectedly like a trap. For it will come upon all those who live on the face of the whole earth. Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man." I don't know about you, but I would prefer to be sober and of clear mind when it's my turn to be judged by my Maker.

Galations 5:19-21, "The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: Sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; DRUNKENNESS, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the Kingdom of God." (Caps are mine.)

Ephesians 5:15-18. "Be very careful, then, how you live--not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's Will is. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the (Holy) Spirit." Of course, we all know there are many more ways to get 'drunk' these days.

For the unfaithful, consider this:

I am not here to be kind or gentle. I am here to debate political ideology. Again off topic, as per sections 1 and 2 of the FC ToS.

You give me nothing. I have a right under the FC TOS to speak my mind in a civil fashion I am here to speak the truth and expose frauds such as yourself nothing more. You have made several false claims and have failed to back up even one of them. You have been reported for ToS violations again. Keep it up and you wont be here much longer. I guess the upside to that is, you will no longer be misleading people as to what the Constitution represents. I have done my research, which supports the claim I am making that you have not done yours.
You have no idea what it is that you are talking about. It is quite obvious. In time you will come to realize that I am right. I have dealt with literally hundreds of rookies just like you. They all acted the same way at first. The more open minded and intelligent folks came to see their errors, others of the more ignorant and deluded persuasion did not. What group will you be part of? : ) When you decide that you want to have a real conversation instead of one that attempts to miss-educate and spread false claims, look me up.

I like the video, although it leaves out the VP (who also plays a role in the Senate as tie breaker). I also do not think that the Federal government is directly, legally, morally, individually responsible for EVERY problem America faces. I do believe they cause more harm than good when trying to solve every problem though. At some point the people have to realize that it is not government that ails us, but our own empathy towards being responsible for our own lives.

No, the citizenry are responsible. Both the active and the inactive. We just scapegoat the government. It is like saying the Constitution has failed us when in reality, we have failed it. We are responsible for the shape this country is in, by what we do and what we fail to do. Our system is still the greatest ever bestowed on mankind. We just need to return to the principles that made it so great. IMHO.

But I do like hearing the argument. A peaceful stateless society would be preferred, if it were at all possible. Even the Communist believe such to be their end goal too.

Having a strong home defense will make us strong. Fighting wars over what might happen is building an empire. Even our founders warned us of unending wars. That it would lead to loss of liberty here. Look to the patriot act and indefinite detention in the NDAA law. Have you noticed that the Democrats also like these laws?
