Morgan Freeman is liberal last I recall, but I heard a quote from him that I think is pretty awesome. During one of the recent years in black history month, he said that he didn't want a black history month, he wanted black history to be as much a part of American history that it shouldn't need to be focused on in just one month. That probably will never happen under Obama or any liberally oriented president, but still worth thinking about.

Better yet why not a WHITE Agenda. We need a White affirmative Action Law where we can sue blacks and illegals for the wrongs they do us.
This kind of stuff can and will get out of hand sooner or later, so let go back completely to "One Nation Under God with Liberty and Just for all.

While I applaud you willingness to raise the subject the answer to your question is blatantly obvious; divide and conquer. No tyrant has ever achieved their goal by uniting anything. they have always erected bogy men to play on a target group's fear and prejudice. Simply put the goal is the consolidation of power and it will always succeed until one person, then another stands up and asserts that they simply reject the label being applied to them and in fact are proud to wear it as a sign that their challenger has lost the debate. An agenda is simply an argument that one minority of people believes they have superior rights to all others in society. Simply put, not they don't. We all have the same rights and they come from a power higher than any Government functionary.

Quite honestly, I am very concerned about the perception the average uninformed person has about the Tea Party. I think the Tea Party and Republicans have gotten a very bad rap in the media over the last couple of years and because the media coverage is so biased, the truth is not getting out. The arguements from the President on down all sound juvenile. I really don't think that we need to stoop to their level, however, I think we need to be thinking about a way we can make a difference and involve everyone. Where everyone is being divided into little groups of race, ethnicity, etc. we need to show somehow that we are everyman who loves this great country. The question is how.
