Jim McGovern (D-Mass.) said Obamacare's HHS mandate, requiring all health insurance programs to cover sterilizations, contraceptives, and abortion-inducing drugs free of charge, "provides enough exceptions" for the Catholic Church, although only monasteries and churches are eligible for an exemption.
