Obama and Boehner are part of the same hickory switch that are beating the dead horse. We of the middle class are unrepresented in DC.

Look at it like this: Who is about to get hurt the most? MIDDLE CLASS

The rich generate revenue from investments which are taxed at about 15% - so they just move income to investment returns. (TAX EVASION!)

The middle class generate revenue from payroll which are taxed at over 30% with no relief!

The poor generate revenue from subsidized revenue which are taxed at about 0%

Look at the increase of FICA if those two play their game and do not settle on fixing that.

It is currently 5.65% of your paycheck - 2 years ago it was 7.65%

KEEP IN MIND that the wealthy persons investment returns do NOT pay anything into FICA

At this rate of progress those two are going to break the middle class backs even more by
1) allowing the globalist corporations to ship non union middle class jobs over seas
while selling their product at a retail that is comparable to when it was made here at a higher wage - NO BREAK when you figure the loss of American employment
2) BARELY doing anything to get rid of ILLEGALS who are working what? JOBS NO ONE WANTS? Like the housing industry from cement finishers to brick layers to framers?
Welders? Like one company here who hired welders at $17.00 an hour when minimum wage was around the 4 dollar mark
Who now at the minimum wage mark of about $7.00 an hour is paying $10.00 for a welder.

Let me guess - if you are not a welder - you would NEVER see that - would you?

America - you are being blind sided by people like

... all at a goal of REDUCED WAGES so American middle class earns less so we have less chance to compete AGAINST the Globalist movement and reintroduce small business in manufacturing for our people.

America's Duo-Dictators - Obama and Boehner are beating us from both ends!

We all know that there is something really, really wrong with what is going on in Washington D.C. The problem I've been having is pin pointing the source of the problemt.
Two must read books: "Theodore and Woodrow" by Andrew Napolitano and "The Naked Constitution" by Adam Freedman spell it out in detail how the Progressive movement took hold of America and through all three branches of Government systematically mangled the meaning of the Constitution and trampled on both the rights of the "Several States" and the rights of the People as well. The latest and final straw for me was the Supreme Court's up holding of Obama Care. The Court basically said in a nut shell that if we don't buy a product "recommended" by the Government we will be, er, taxed as a penalty. What does this mean? "Being directed to buy a Chevy Volt (or else) is now a real option for the Government in order to shore up GM (Government Motors).
In short, the Federal Government has way over stepped it's bounds as the people and the States understood them when they ratified the Constitution two hundred twenty five years ago.
We need to call for a National Constitutional Convention as set forth in Article V of the Constitution to set them straight. We can't take "no" for an answer from Congress which has effectively ignored past attempts to call a Convention.
Topics of discussion could be:
Repeal of the 16th Amendment giving the Federal Government the power to take our hard earned money in the form of an income tax. Taking personal property up until then was illegal. (Our paycheck is personal property.) We can all see that Government has been irresponsible with our tax dollars to the point of criminality. Government hasbroken human trafficing laws. They have placed such a large burden of debt on the "People" that we have , in effect, been sold to the Government's creditors.
While we are at "Convention" we need to repeal of the 17th Amendment taking the States right to choose their rightful representatives in the Federal Government (Senators) and giving it to the People in effect turning them into just another pair of State Representatives and taking away the States voice in controlling the Federal Government. So much for checks and balances.
There are many issues to be discussed such as:
How to phase out the Federal Income tax.
How to return programs back to the states.
How to phase out/transfer social programs.
How to repeal en mass laws that really are Un-constitutional.
How to put the "Commerce Clause" back in its box.
How to get the Courts to stick to the "literal" interpretation of the Constitution (Its not a Piccasso!)
And many more.
At this point in our history we have become what we tried very hard to avoid at our conception. We have become a nation ruled by men, not by the Constitution.
The people need to unite again in the common cause to throw the yoke of Government sponsored servitude off of our shoulders.
It is time for us all to call for a Constitutional Convention.
