Union influence will never end. Unions will always exist in a free society. This country itself is a Union

That is semantic non-sense. Big unions are corrosive and have been co-opted by the corrupt. Small unions are fine but that isn't what we are talking about here. Giving people choices is a good thing.

Unions may exist, but it is fatal to have "public sector" unions for government employees. That is where every other American will become their slaves. The free market can handle unions in the "private" sector fairly but politicians and "public" sector unions become a bad combination!

If the GOP starts really being the party of small government, meaning they stop trying to pass social control laws and they truly start to address reducing spending rather than trying to win points by going after polarizing tiny cuts first (Planned Parenthood, NPR), then this will be a watershed

It doesn't have to be....It may look that way, but WE THE PEOPLE do have a say, believe it or not, it may not be easy, but we CAN do SOMETHING. We just have to put our heads together, then impliment it!!!! Stand together as ONE.

Union bosses have sold their souls for votes to Obama. I think many, many union members would like to be ex-union members. If you were going to start a business, would you start it in a state with union problems or in a right-to -work state? Always in a right-to-work state.

Mr. Richmond, I agree most union bosses have sold themselves to vote for Obama, many union members would like to be ex-union members. But Ms. Wenck, the laws, regs, and hoops all come from Congress and the Pres., and states. That can all be stopped by simple voting!

The only thing about right to work states is that an employer can fire you if you get hurt on the job without any recourse. I don't think that is right. You shouldn't be out of a job just because you were injured at work. I'm talking about a legitimate claim, not fraud, here.

Unions are not what they say they are!! They are corrupt and do NO good!! Sorry to say, I once thought unions were helpful to employees. At least the one I knew of was at one time, I don't know if they are anymore, that was over 20 yrs ago.

Yes, totally,.. more states will become "right to work states"... it's a question based on sheer math. Unemployment is very close to doubled in the union states in comparison, the numbers never lie.
