Obamacare Gets Stunning Rebuke from 25 States
Dec. 14 has come and gone, and President Obama's Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act - better known as Obamacare - has received a stunning blow. State governments had until Dec. 14 to decide whether they would build their own health-insurance exchanges, online services that allow individuals to purchase private health insurance if it wasn't provided by their employers.

Health care in this Nation has been taken over by the Federal Government unconstitutionally. Before the ”Federal” Department of Health and Human Services each State and community decided their health needs.
Health care in this Nation has been taken over by the Federal Government unconstitutionally. Before the ”Federal” Department of Health and Human Services each State and community decided their health needs. Since then the Federal Government has industrialized the Health system using an antiquated cookie cutter system that disregards protecting the individual of mass production. The end result is mediocrity at best and Government sanctioned murder at worst.
Education, health care, housing, welfare, food stamps, social security, Income tax, gun control laws, and individual mandates, to name a few, were not any of the enumerated powers granted by the Constitution to the Federal Government. At the time of the ratification of the Constitution, responsibility for these powers was held firmly by the States and the people. If the People and the States had known the Federal Government at some future point in history would seize powers “Reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” They never would have ratified the Constitution in the first place.
Perhaps it is time for our nine robed members of the Supreme Court to look at the Constitution in perspective of what the People and the States originally interpreted when they ratified the document rather than do the fuzzy math of what the founders intended?
