The ban will pass, it's a foregone conclusion. The Republicans are too cowardly to even try to stop it, and the Democrats have always wanted it. The only question is what we the people will do about it. I would like to see some leadership. I want just 1 governor of a state to stand up and declare "no, I will not enforce that law". But that probably won't happen. So, since there are no more leaders (and very few adults) in America, we will just have to take care of things ourselves. I propose that we openly continue to buy, sell, and own any banned gun. No hiding, no black market, we do it openly in full view of the public. We have a basic human right to own personal property, including weapons, and we should ignore any unconstitutional and immoral law that violates that right. If we all stand together, we can win. There are 300 million of us and only 535 of them, they can't do anything to us if we just stick together. After the ban passes, we just ignore it and keep on operating as usual. If any law enforcement officer tries to shut us down, then we assemble 10,000 patriots to make a human shield. They can't arrest all of us. We can do this. We just have to have the courage and organization to make it happen. Talking has solved nothing for 100 years, it is time for action.

There is just too much "emotion" and pain involved in "gun incidents" and when there is one of these "multiple shootings" people's intelligence and common sense is overcome by a desire to "do something" about it,

There is no real "solution" to these kinds of shootings as there will always be crazy people, there will always be guns available and attainable, crazy-maniacs will choose explosives or other "devices" [if there are no guns] to accomplish their insanity and we cannot predict and/or prevent violent episodes like this from happening from time to time no matter how hard we try.

Our "society" is in decline and our discipline, morals and "behaviors" are only getting worse, along with the "quality" of our people and the increasing failures and fecklessness of those "in charge" of running America. The desperation and "acting out" of the desperate will only increase as we continue to plummet towards our "downfall", and more [and more] of our citizens go "off the deep end" when they feel they have nothing left, nothing left to lose and/or want to "pay back" those who they might feel are responsible for there plight.

Everything [bad] that is happening in America is compounding and in a state of "multiplying replication" as the effects of "everything" [wrong] we've done in the past several decades and are "doubling down on" in the present is creating increasing havoc exponentially and "monsters" are being bred.

It's almost to the point of "every man for himself", and it is imperative that we keep ourselves "on guard" perpetually, as the chance that something [bad] could happen anywhere and anytime is a reality which is growing daily.

The "gun grab" is just another "knee jerk" reaction to "events" and EVERYBODY knows that if "The Government" goes too far in their attempts to restrict our gun rights they will bring down a reaping of the whirlwind which will destroy them and America.

My question is how do we educate the people who buy into "more guns laws" without them thinking we are nuts? I have so many neighbors that don't understand the ramifications to such guns laws and swallow the media's spin on the "character" of gun owners. Plus, do you know what drives me crazy is that Obama has his cronies doing all the work while he washes his hands of his plans to revolutionize america. Aren't we smarter than this Marxist?

Has anyone ever really thought of the end result of a possible ban on "assault" rifles ? Think about it. The Government is growing stronger every day while the private sector is suffering. We have the right given to us by the Constitution to protect and defend our lives and our property by being able to be armed. Call this a conspiracy theory if you will, but what would be the private citizens best defense in case of a full scale Government takeover of the United States? I would not hasten to say our best defense would be "assault" rifles. Yes handguns would be a necessity but if we as private citizens have to defend ourselves against any form of takeover in our great country, whether it be from outside the border or from within, we all know that a semi-automatic weapon that we as a citizens could purchase legally would be our best line of defense. Just a thought.

Assault weapons, then lets move to rtifles, then to handguns--eventually let's just take all the guns- government will take care of you don't you worry. When your guns are all gone, then Bama can move onto next point in Agenda 21--let's stop people and have them ID themselves like in AK. Then we can microchip everyone from cradle to grave. I believe they will pass legislation or Obama will use executive order to start taking our gun rights. Sorry to say it but it is coming folks. We have sat back for the last few years amazed at what this admin has done, many times we thought well there is no way they can do that and well they did it. the folks are just going to have to decide how much they are willing to loose.
