Massachusetts State Representative Stephen Smith Agrees to Plead Guilty to Voter Fraud Charges

BOSTON-A state representative in the Massachusetts General Court has agreed to plead guilty to civil rights violations and resign his elected position for his role in submitting fraudulent absentee ballot applications and casting invalid ballots in multiple elections in 2009 and 2010.

What do you know? They simply want everybody to loose faith in our system. Fundamental change anybody? Restore the Republic by electing patriots who take their oath seriously, and have never been in government should be a must.

I'm just curious ... if a gubment official gets caught like this, do they lose their pensions and all that? Or do we still have to pay that?

Gee, there were many, many reported cases of voter fraud, ballot box stuffing, etc when Obama was reelected. Electronic voting machines in many cities that registered a vote for Obama when the voter selected Romney. Seems no one on The Hill gives a damn.

voter fraud should be a felony with a minumum of 10 years prison and loss of the right to vote for life.

Is this only one of many places where this has occurred? I highly doubt it. I really don't see any checks and balances in place to stop this. Most folks just accept people's word for it or there are those that believe in lying or cheating or are paid under the table.
