Sen. Ron Johnson on federal budgets: 'I'm happy to start cutting agencies'
As the debate over raising the country's debt ceiling starts to heat up, Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson is calling for new budget cuts in all federal agencies as a way to rein in spending. "I'm happy to start cutting agencies," Johnson said in a phone interview with The Daily Caller last week.

Absolutely agree with Johnson that an across the board cut of 20% this year 2013 as well as one large entitlement program like farm subsidies or some other fully superficial program will be an excellent start; then next year with another 20% and two more entitlement programs.

Any program that has been in existance for 5 years or longer qualifies to be cut.
