Citing the Tenth and the Second Amendments, Hicks asserted that the legislation was Constitutional, adding that he fully expected it to pass in the Wyoming state legislature. Hicks said that his Wyoming constituents were upset about the looming threat of gun control coming from Washington, particularly since Vice President Biden signaled yesterday that President Obama was willing to issue an executive order to tackle the gun issue.

I encourage everyone to write to their State Reps to follow other states that are opposing this Gun Ban. Recall history, Hitler, stalin, lenin kept their people unarmed. Unarmed people=Gov. controlled people. We face the very thing our fathers, brothers, son's fought against in WWII.

In WWII we fought against Fascism not Socialism We were allied with the Soviet Union (Communists). I know this for sure as my Dad fought in the war. He was in the OSS

Actually not. That's why they fought each other in WWII. In Commuism the means of production are state owned. In Fascism companies are privately owned. Fascism is right wing. Communism is left wing.

This is good polotics, but will never work. Federal Law trumps state law when they are in conflict. That's how they got the Negos in schools in the South. George Wallace never had a chance.

Conrad, I think that is not always true. Look at the Local Sheriff who can barr federal troops from entering someones property or home.. this has happened & been upheld.. You just have to pass the proper local laws.

Like I said it didn't work in the South in the 60's. When the Feds really want something they get it. I don't see the local sherrif and 2 deputies being much of a problem for a few dozen Federal troops.

We are over a barrle and there's not much we can do but use our vote. The American people must stand together and vote for real American's instead of the poliction's that we unfortunatly have at this time. If we do nothing then we are screwed , we are between a rock and a hard place.

The issue is that the high-density, pro-democratic areas control too much of the vote, even though they represent a small percentage geographically. Too many are being fed by the liberal media and do not truly understand that these rights, once gone, will be impossible to reinstate.
