Hold on now....this is nothing to get excited about. It's about 99% sure SCOTUS will NOT even venture to do this little fact-checking for the common good of the country, if for no other reason, just too assure the nation that all the "i" 's are dotted and the "t" are crossed in Obama's paperwork as it pertains to his constitutional requirements for office.

What they should do is remand the case to a lower court for "Discovery" before addressing the matter; IMHO.

Oh boy. Here we go. This is going to be a media circus. You watch: Orly Taitz is going to be branded a child molester, math addict, prostitute, and a cannibal in less than a week once this story goes mainstream.

I thought that Obama's legitimacy as president was more or less a dead issue (aside from Mr. Trump), but the fact that this is going in front of the Supreme Court is very, very interesting.

One might think that this is just a ploy by Obama to solidify his legitimacy as president, but since the issue has been essentially dead for a long time, what benefit would he gain? This seems to be the real deal.

I do wonder: If the court does decide that Obama is not legitimate and never has been (it's a very slim chance, but who knows), what happens to the legality of all the legislation that he has signed? Would every bill he's signed into law be considered null and void?

We live in interesting times.
