It's my fault for getting off the topic. I totally agree with you in regards to people caught flipping houses for quick profits and those who felt they were "underwater" in regards to property value and opted out for financial reasons.
The people I'm concerned about are the ones that bought a house for all the right reasons and then, through no fault of their own, lost it due to the economy crashing down around them.
Back to the 2nd. Lets say I've been paying my mortgage regularly on time and following all the rules. Suddenly the money is no good because the Fed has been printing it at the cyclic rate. Can the Bank foreclose on me in order to resell the property at the new value? If they try can I exercise my 2nd amendment rights?

David, the bank forgiving the balance has been treated as income for decades. It is as if the bank handed you a check for the balance due ... it has value to the IRS.

Made the rounds of Cabela's and the local gun store today looking for primers and powder. Cabela's is waiting on shipments to restock. Its been like Christmas every day since Christmas at Cabele's. Constant flow of people at the gun counter and reloading area. Cabela's glass cases were down to 50% of the space having any product. Ruger's backlog is still close to a year.

We need more with resolve like you have Char. I use to worry about being on a "black list" but after joining the SDA church I realized that all SDA's are on that list so why sweat it? I would imagine there are many of these lists with different colors for how serious of a threat we are, but not to worry. God can use US no matter where we are or in what condition, as long as we speak up when He puts the words in our mouths. I have gotten sick over not speaking up when I should have, and it's no joke. When God gets our attention and has a job for US we better do it no matter what the stakes are. Many have died for Jesus and are promised great things. I so look forward to telling Jesus I laid down my life for Him.

Jeff, first off thank you. I appreciate the support. Your right, you can not be afraid to speak the words the good Lord intends for you to speak on his behalf and on the behalf of your fellow countrymen. Way too many allow those in power of this country, to intimidate them, so they lie down like weak beaten dogs and do what their told without so much as a voice against it. This is why citizens/parents like you, me and every Patriotic American on sites like this need to speak for the weak ones. It is their Rights we defend as well even though they don't realize it! These weaklings are so blindsided, so obtuse of their surroundings, that if DC told them the sky was purple, they would look up and say 'Yea, I agree, the sky is purple" knowing dam well it's a lie... It saddens me how this society has become. Our children/acts of violence are being used as political agendas so Gov. can gain more control over our Rights/lives and it's sickening. I was watching the two dictators this morning on the news with their Gun control babble and noticed how they exploit our children by their having 4 of them sitting behind them while they spread their words of "violence concern." They used these children to create emotion in the audience in order to gain support for this gun issue. The families of the children who perished at Sandy Hook, were in the audience as well. A surviving student from the Virginia Tech shooting was also present. Political Agenda! Nothing more! The dictators went on about how precious the Sandy Hook children were, how they will never live the American Dream because their lives were cut short due to an act of violence, how he and biden respect the rights of responsible gun owners, how they support the Constitution, will do everything in their power to get these acts of violence under control and yet, walks over to a table and abuses his power by signing Executive Order to pass 23 gun control bills. Please, do not get me wrong. My heartfelt condolences go out to Everyone that has lost loved ones due to acts of violence, but Americans need to understand that, NO BAN, NO RESTRICTIONS, NO LAW is going to stop the violence. Gov. has NO control on their enforced drug laws and they are seriously mistaken if they think for one minute they can control an enforced Law on obtaining weapons. Deranged individuals, who are intent on committing an act of violence, will be able to obtain weapons in order to carry out their violent act! OR, find other resource/means to get the crime done. Anything can be used as a weapon! For all we know, criminals could gain access to those United States Government funded assault weapons that were handed over to Mexican drug cartels in the Fast and Furious Project. Those weapons will, if they haven't already, make their way onto American soil and be responsible for many more crimes and deaths. The blood will be on our Gov. officials hands, then what will they do? Will they take responsibility for those deaths? Highly doubtful since they have found ways to "Legally" escape responsibility for the Murders/Deaths of innocent Mexican citizens and the Murders/Deaths of the American Border Patrol Agents that were gunned down by those weapons. DC has opened a Pandora's Box and If congress fails to take some sort of control to ensure the American Peoples 2nd Amendment Rights are to stay intact, the dictator will abuse his power and enact any bill into law that he wants.. This WILL cause a Civil uprising and sometimes I honestly think this is what DC wants... In order to infringe upon our Rights as gun owners, obo will have to find another "Legal" way to bypass his Sworn Oath, on the Holy Bible, under the eyes of God, to Support, Defend the American Constitution and the Rights of the people. He managed to do it with his HR Bill by wording the HR as a "Tax" and not the "Mandated, Enforced Purchase of HR like it really is. As far as I'm concerned, the finagling of words/power against the Constitution, to get what he wants, is Treason and should be ousted from power! Under the eyes of God, we are all created equal. Obama's children, I understand, need a form of protection. All Presidents families have it, but our children also need protection and they have it with parents exercising their Right to Bare Arms! Our children are just as important as his and I am sure he would go to any lengths to ensure their safety, as would any parent with theirs. Our children count and no matter what law or what infringement he passes, if it threatens my Right of protections and responsibility as a parent to protect my children, I will, under no circumstances, comply with his Law! The safety of our children are more important than some agenda this dictator is intent on enforcing. Time to take a stand against this tyranny/treason against this country, our children the people. We have the Constitutional Right to Bare Arms in the protection of Foreign and Domestic threats! So Jeff, you go right ahead and do God's work, like the rest of us Patriotic Americans, and make your voice heard! If it nets your name on the "Black List," well then, welcome to the club...
