They know full well what the Constitution says and implies. The liberals and some Republicans just choose to ignore it and it's meaning. They think that we the people are too ignorant to understand what the Construction says. But they are going to be in for a rude awakening very soon. The liberals have played their hand and now it's too late for them to back out. Now its up to the people to show them just how wrong they are.
