Any right that is a true human right is inherent. Such rights are not granted by government, they are not privileges bestowed by society, or created by documents, therefore such rights cannot be regulated, limited or revoked by any such power. Any supposed authority which seeks to strip a Natural Right from the People is illegitimate, and should be dealt with accordingly.

Your right, the tax burden is going to get worse and it will stem from obocare. I hear Kaiser Perm., which was suppose to be a huge part of obocare, is Losing tons of money, (More freebies than insured) and all the monies that obo promised they would get, are not being funded. This will cause them to shut down all Ohio care centers, then Calif and or Colorado, unless this is the plan he has in mind. Thousands more will be standing in the unemployment lines, living off the benefits until they run out, then be added to the welfare system in order to survive. This is what obo is after. This is why he was so dam determined to take matters upon himself and pass such a huge bill without the peoples voice being heard. He wants Middle Class to die. There will be poor and rich.. He wants Americans, except the rich, to be depended on Gov Assistance. People are really obtuse about his agenda. Not for one minute will this clown increase the taxes of "his" elite group of "rich." Not J-lo, J-Z, Beyonce, Springsteen, Morgan Freeman or any of the other rich liberals he rubs nubs with. Our only saving grace is if we have Patriotic politicians in office that will take a stand against the tyranny our land suffers from currently, and fight along with the people to take our country back. Welcome to the new economically fair America where everyone pays their fair share (except for that 49% who don't pay any taxes). These new tax increases are just the tip of the iceberg. The tax burden on the middle class is going to get a lot worse. The federal government knows that even if they could tax the top 2% income bracket at a 100% it wouldn't make a dent in the nation debt (not that our government really cares about that anyway). The feds will keep lowering the definition of high income earners until there is no more middle class left. Some of us knew this was coming but for those people who didn't they are in for a rude awakening, especially when they have to start paying for their "free" substandard healthcare. No matter how bad our economy gets the progressives/democrats will always find a way to blame George Bush and Ronald Reagan.
