GOP: $16 trillion in debt but still no Democrat budget for 1,361 days
Hello, I'm Congressman James Lankford from the great state of Oklahoma. Tomorrow, President Obama will be sworn in for a second term. Though we disagree on many areas of policy, I join my fellow Americans in pledging to pray for the President, his family and our nation in the days ahead.
During the last four years, our nation has faced difficult economic times. Millions of Americans are still out of work and the cost of groceries, gas and healthcare continues to rise. In the long history of our nation, we have never increased spending and federal debt faster than we have in this period.
In the book of Proverbs it says a wise man leaves an inheritance for his children's children; unfortunately Washington is consuming our children's inheritance.
My question is how can this be done when John Boehner (sp) and the house keep giving in to what Obama and the Dems want!! When will he get a backbone?? When will he stand up, present the facts and stand on the TRUTH?? WHEN?? It is not just the Dems!

I am talking millions of dollars but yet, i will be sent home not knowing if a pay check will come to feed my family.
All this crap has to stop!!!! Are they going to miss a paycheck if they are on welfare?? Hell no! Are they going to miss a food stamp handout?? No way!! How about giving money to the illegal mom that just had her 5th or 6th child? That would be insane!
We must demand action on a united front!!!! My opinion is that the majority of them in power (Congress) are talking out of all their points of contact!!!!
