I'm all for capitalism. Good on those who screw NY, a state, like California, that deserves every inch they get. Washington and Colorado will come to understand . . .

I quit smoking about 10 years ago! Not because of taxes but because of what they did to me! But if someone wants to smoke I have no problem with it! But what does tick me off is that the money is to go to cover the cost of hospital benefits that smokers use! But that money seems to disappear.
