Not everyone is a sniper! Most miss when shooting at a live target unless you have been in battle before. Still most rounds miss their target. Because of adrenaline rush or not having time to aim or ducking from fire coming at you! If you have to stop and reload your weapon then your not firing back! That can leave you open to return fire!
