Ohio Governor Kasich has decided to join the ranks of states choosing to expand Medicaid, seeing only the large subsidy for covering Ohio's uninsured. He is a numbers guy, happy to let federal tax dollars deal with this problem, knowing it's a ruse to get him through the next election.
