State of the Union Preview: Obama Re-Launches Campaign; Questions Remain
Even as the president intends to use the State of the Union address as the launch of yet another phase of his endless campaign, it retains the form, if not the function, of an annual report on the nation's progress. And the taxpayers and voters have the right to demand answers about several alarming events and developments.
