So you ran away when the going got tough instead of advocating change in the party direction and getting involved. As a Libertarian you may never have enough votes to do more than pee in the wind and complain about the results, as a Republican you can't guarantee the majority will see things 100% as you do but you will still get at least 70% of your values in a party big enough to actually do something.
